Ada sesapa tgk chanel KBS World di astro??

Pernah tak tertengok satu program senaman beramai-ramai ala2 aerobic yg disertai music korea yang kedengaran agak tradisional dan menarik??

Senaman tu disertai awek-awek muda korea yg maintain jek muke tersenyum.. so tgk pun mcm best jek.. seirama dan nice!! haha..

Pernah rasa teringin nk buat tak??

Hehehehe.. jenuh gak cari video tuh kt internet coz dlm program tu dia tak letak sebarang subtitle english.

Buka website astro.. tiada info.. huhu.

Buka website KBS World.. tak berjaya kenalpasti.. coz tak de hint langsung.

End up... google je la dengan segala keyword yg agak2 mengena.

Workout itu dikenali sbg : The New Millenium Health Workout. In Hangul korea, aku tak tau nk nyebutnyer. hehehe. Pada sesape yg tahu nk menyebutnya.. sila lah habaq kt aku naaa ;)

Senaman hanya mengambil masa selama 5-6 minit jek. Nampak mmg senang, tapi jenuh gak tuh nk ngikut... lelebih lg bile smpai part yg rancak. (Maklum la badan dh lama tak workout. ahaks.)

Blogging?

Sejak akhir2 ni aku mula perasan malas gila nk blog. Tarak Mood aih. :-S
Kat otak nih byk benda nk dicoretkan. Tapi bila dh ada idea selalu plak terblock ayat-ayat yg seterusnya. Dan akhirnya, para tersebut hanya tergantung begitu saje. huhu.

Kalo dulu aku akan letak photo trip travel kt blog, tp skang aku upload kt flickr jek.

Kalo dulu aku byk cerita ttg hidup aku kt blog, tp skang aku byk simpan dlm otak jek.

Kalo dulu aku byk wat summary pasal movie or drama yg aku dh tgk, tp skang most movie yg aku tgk mcm tak berbaloi utk di summary.

So that is it... Thats why aku malas nk blog. Hehehehe.

Or may be.. aku perlukan sumber inspirasi yg baru utk menceriakan blog aku nih.

Last Saturday, lepas licin umah aku kemas.. eceh mcm la licin bebeno.. haha.. aku merehatkan badan atas karpert baru (siap mention tuh :)) ).. sesambil bukak HBO. kot la ada crite best.. leh gk layan. tetiba aku terdengar alunan lagu nih.. masa tu dia dok preview movie2 akan dtg sambil diselitkan dgn lagu nih.. aku terus terrrrtarik dengan melodi dia. relaks n menenangkan. masa tu aku rasa 1st time kot dengar so tak dpt kenal pasti sape penyanyi dia. tapi aku berjaya tangkap beberapa bait lirik dia.

pastu apa lagi.. google la dengan bait2 lirik yg aku tangkap tuh. yezaaaa berjaya. Sarah McLachlan from album Afterglow. Nyeh nyeh V(^-^)

Guess what.. i love the lyrics and of coz the melody as well!! Suara Sarah McLachlan.. pergh.. beautiful!!
